Xhealth’s Founder & CEO is Dr. Yasmina Fechkeur. With over 25 years of progressively senior experience in science, pharmaceuticals, medical biology, lab operations, and auditing, Dr. Fechkeur serves as a subject matter expert for those seeking strategic advice and assistance in these sectors. Her ability to synthesize solutions, develop strategic plans, and actively manage change has seen her succeed at every level. Having served as the Director and Owner of a Laboratory for over 20 years, leading her lab to become the first in Algeria that was accredited to the ISO 158189 standard and only the 2nd in North Africa, her engagement as CEO of XHealth sees her invest her expertise and experience directly toward the advancement of the goals and objectives of her clients in an effort to transform and enhance the healthcare ecosystem.
Dr. Yasmina Fechkeur is the Founder and CEO of XHealth Solutions. After completing her Doctorate of Pharmacy, Dr. Fechkeur earned a specialized Diploma in Medical Biology, a Bachelor’s Degree with Specialization in Quality Biology, and a Master’s Degree as an Internal Auditor. Her unique background as a biologist, in addition to her work in Pharmaceuticals, provides her with a wealth of knowledge and resources that she uses on a daily basis to inform key decision-making processes.
Dr. Fechkeur has served as the Director and Owner of a Laboratory for over 20 years, leading her lab to become the first in Algeria that was accredited to the ISO 158189 standard and only the 2nd in North Africa. She has also served as a Board Member with RedMed for over 25 years, contributing in a managerial capacity to the operations, governance, and organization of a prominent family business that supports energy operators in Algeria.

Outside of her professional engagements, Dr. Fechkeur is a mother to 3 children (2 boys and 1 girl), a lover of art, and an advocate for positive female engagement in business. She has served as a Member of the Tharawat Family Business Forum since 2017 where she actively contributes to the sustainability, growth, and innovation of MENA family businesses with a particular focus on women.
